 3. Terms and Conditions:

 

·          Early Booking policy: Any paid reservation before the end of April 2006

 

20% Discount for the cruises BETWEEN 2ND MAY TILL 13^TH JUNE 2006 and during the month of September and October 2006

5 % Discount for the cruises BETWEEN 13^TH JUNE Till end of AUGUST 06

 

·          The above mentioned rates are in U.S. dollars per person per cruise (Double Occupancy)

 

·          80% surcharge is applicable for any single occupancy of a 2-Beds cabin.(Subject to Availability)

 

·          Infants from 0 to 2 years old FREE OF CHARGE EXCEPT FOR PORT CHARGES.

 

·          Junior from 3 to 18 years old sharing cabin with two adults pay only 60% of adult price.

 

·          Adults from 18 years and above.

 

·          2 children sharing the same room, : Adult rate in double room will be applicable

 

·          Should 1 child be accommodated in a separate room , adult rate in single room will be applicable

 

·          Extra Bed cannot be provided in any room category

 

·          Baby cot can only be provided in suites (limited number available)

 

·          4 beds cabins only available in staterooms with window the 3^rd and 4^th guest should be a junior (3 to 18) and they pay 60% of the brochure rate.

 

·          In Suites with the extra sofa a junior pays 60%. In case of two juniors sharing sofa bed maximum age should be 10 years. And one adult sleeping on sofa bed pays 60% of the brochure price.  

·          4 beds cabin possibilities: N.B: Only available for staterooms with window. 2 adults (paying 100% each from above mentioned rates of stateroom with window) and 2 juniors (paying 60% each) or 1 Adult 1 junior (paying 100% each) and 2 juniors (paying 60% each).

 

·          Passports should be valid at least till six months after the cruise departure date and are required 5 working days before embarkation day along with passport form and reservation form.

 

·          Queen size beds can only be provided in Staterooms with Sea View on Fortune Deck (1400$/per person) and Cedars Deck (1575$/per person), and in Staterooms with (1750$/person) or without Sea View (1225$/person) on Phoenician Deck.

 

·          All staterooms without sea view on Fortune 5^th floor and Cedars deck 6^th floor  have both twin beds with no possibility to covert into Queen Bed

 

·          No children allowed in Royal Suites.
